Overview Our Gallagher Benefit Services division continues to grow and as part of that, we have a newly created position open for a Sr. Business Analyst/Product Owner, to support our HR and Retirement Services Consulting Practices. In this role, you will work closely with the highest levels of our practice leaders, along with the technical implementation teams. This is a very high-visibility role in a highly entrepreneurial environment – if you thrive in that type of setting and have a few years (or more) of relevant experience, we would love to meet you. Job Details: This is a Temp-To-Hire, W-2 position. We are not able to do 1099 or C2C. Fully remote role that will need to be based in the U.S. You must meet our U.S. Eligibility requirements for work authorization as noted under "additional Information" at the bottom of the job description. How you'll make an impact Work with the business to identify opportunities for driving productivity and effectiveness through technology, data, and process improvement. Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and delivery of key features for the business processes and technologies you oversee. Lead complex technical projects, overseeing requirements gathering, research, technical design, solution development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement. Effectively communicate strategy, technology roadmaps, options and trade-offs of technical solutions, and project progress and risks to executive stakeholders. Analyzes business processes, identifies process deficiencies, researches solutions and plans and coordinates the remediation of these deficiencies Partner with business stakeholders to define and document business cases for new initiatives. About You Strong intellectual curiosity Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field 4+ years of related experience required; industry experience nice to have M&A integration and/or transformation experience highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills including with the highest levels of the organization Excellent presentation skills and comfort interfacing with senior leaders Ability to directly influence without authority Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong analytical and problem solving skills #contingent #LI-KB3 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
