Sr. Director, Strategic Program Management

The Sr. Director for Strategic Program Management collaborates with the Leadership Team at LiveRamp - bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

They will ensure that the strategic goals that the LTeam is responsible for are achieved through the successful completion of programs, projects and product delivery while also shielding them from the complexity of execution.

This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:
Create, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives to achieve LiveRamp's business strategy and objectives

Focus specifically on achieving business outcomes & valueensure outcomes, and metrics / KPIs are defined for the Corporate Goalsensure initiatives have alignment to Corporate Goals and have defined outcomes and success measuresimprove value realization from business and technology investmentsEstablish Portfolio Management and Governance:establish capabilities for portfolio management, resource and demand management, and organizational change management.Initiate and assign management of (review, monitor and report on) programsDefine and manage dependencies to related projects, products and/or elements in other portfoliosmaintain the relationship between the LTeam and the leaders responsible for executing the initiativesDrive Effective Prioritization - Help the Leadership in streamlining Initiative Intake and Prioritization:Balance control and agility - Increasing Change is the normDrive effective value and risk-based prioritization decisionsMake room for new growth initiatives by depoliticizing the process of shutting down some existing projectsDrive Strategic and Effective ExecutionEncourage and monitor cross-functional collaborationWork collaboratively across the enterprise to ensure efficient and effective use of resourcesManage Portfolio Risks:Provide visibility, and options for decision-making when risks are identifiedIdentify execution barriers early - including issues with resources or time constraints – when they threaten the success of the initiativesOn Successful completion – define retrospective process, including the Measurement of Value

Role Requirements:

Senior Leader with experience in driving Strategy execution and Strategic Portfolio ManagementExtensive experience in Management Consulting and SaaS companiesExperience working with, presenting and driving to decisions with the C-SuiteExperience helping companies define and measure value realization (business and customer-facing metrics)Experience in Product Management very beneficialExperience with working with leaders across organizational silos and collaborate closely with corporate strategy, corporate finance, product, and IT

The approximate annual compensation range is $238,000.00 to $360,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
