Sr. Full Stack Engineer
Overview As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Foot Locker, you will take on a more advanced role in the design and development of complex software solutions. Your expertise in JavaScript, microservices, and cloud platforms will be essential in building high-performance applications. In addition to your technical contributions, you'll mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll address challenging business problems and recommend system enhancements for improved productivity and collaboration. Working within our marketing POD you will utilize your digital analytics skills to expand our capabilities within our CDP and CRM to create personalization for our customers. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex software solutions. Utilize JavaScript, microservices, and cloud platforms for advanced application development. Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges. Recommend system enhancements to improve productivity and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience in full-stack development Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Python, Java) Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack) Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with digital analytics solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) Experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers Expereince with tools/tech/frameworks like (Django, Kafka, Kubernetes, MongoDB and other NoSQL DBs) #LI-RD1 #LI-HYBRID must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
