Job DescriptionWork with a great deal of autonomy to own the development and execution of the function’s strategic plans, ensuring that people are positioned to get results.Work in close partnership with the Sr Director, Center HR to establish the foundational functional people strategies to enable current Technology portfolio and also plan for growth over timeAdvise and coach functional leaders on organizational decisions (e.g., staffing, development, employee relations) to ensure that they align with people strategies.Anticipate and assess the gaps between business needs and people systems/capabilities within function and use information to drive appropriate actionsCustomize, implement and embed all talent planning activities (goal setting, development planning, succession planning, annual year-end compensation and performance review process, etc.) with a focus on developing robust teamsAlign and use the collective resources of People function to deliver on strategic people plansFunction as a liaison aligning efforts of functional partners with other corporate departments.Provide change management, training and development as needed on HR policies, practices and initiative deployments. Coordinate with COEs on HR initiatives and changes affecting the functionsCraft client-ready communications, presentations and data reportsManage special projects across the HR team, engaging partners and managing communication plansSupport a culture of inclusion and engagement within the Center HR team and the functions they support

Qualifications7-9+ years combined experience in roles such as HR Generalist/Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness/HR Business Partner supporting TechnologyExperience in HR Business Partner type role preferredExperience in leading cross-functional team of SME’s to execute People strategies requiredBachelor's degree in HR or related field with an advanced degree preferredExperience with supporting a globally dispersed workforceComfort working with and presenting to executivesExperience with employee relations and legal investigations in the US is helpfulAbility to successfully execute against multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to use disparate workforce datasets to help design and drive adoption of people programsExceptional communication style with an ability to adapt approach to meet needs of audienceDemonstrated ability to create relationships and influence partnersAdept at forging a collaborative approach and aligning team members/resources to achieve outcomesExperience with developing and delivering group presentationsComfort with Word, PowerPoint and collaborative technologies; high Excel proficiency is required
