1. As Sr. Manager to lead AMHS (Automatic Material Handling System) and OPS (Operation System Engineering) team

2. Lead AMHS team to develop standardized and customized solutions in both hardware (OHT, Stocker, AGV...) and software (Control System) for both FE Fab (300mm fab) and BE Assembly and Test Fab.

3. Lead RTD (Real Time Dispatching) and Scheduling team to work with MFG and Site Engineering team for operation improvement.

4. Develop simulation model for AMHS simulation to optimize the AMHS performance with different operation scenarios.

5. Fab layout concept and skill to work with IE team to develop efficiency fab layout with AMHS developemnt.

6. To Lead OPS team in FE and BE MES and HOST development.

7. Co-work with IT to provide system solution for both operation and process optimization.

7. Operation system trouble shooting with IT team to solve system issue.
