If yes, come to Bio-Techne._ **Position Summary** As the Senior Manager, People Business Partner for Operations and Quality you will align goals to achieve business growth, serve as a consultant to business partners and partner with global teams to advance our people priorities. You will be the lead people partner for our Operations and Quality teams and will lead a team of people partners. You will be responsible for overseeing people initiatives, for advancing our people strategy with the purpose of deepening the employee experience and championing Bio-Techne’s amazing culture. Central to your success is partnering and collaborating with others to achieve organizational goals. **Function Overview** + Change Agent: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives to drive transformation and culture shift. + Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leaders and managers to build organizational capability by utilizing a range of strategic people-related processes and programs including talent management, performance management and resource planning.
