Sr. Market Sales Leader

Description: As a Senior Market Sales Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving regional sales projects from inception to fruition, while also contributing to the management and development of key national sales initiatives to foster the continuous growth of our company, Barcel USA. This role demands extensive travel across the U.S. to ensure adherence to Barcel USA's standards, assist in executing growth strategies, and provide comprehensive training to both internal and external associates.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the deployment and execution of corporate projects and initiatives at the field level, in collaboration with Barcel USA and its business partners. Delivers expected results against National Sr Market Sales Leader KPI’s/Goals. Develop and Support Barcel Brand Stewardship in Market in coordination with Barcel/DSDE COE (Project and General market needs) Validates communication and understanding of POS material expectations to BBU Sales Center operations team (OSL) is executed. Ensures communication of POS material expectations includes strategic, promotional, marketing and “Gold Standard” Barcel execution. Responsible for Coordination, Development, and Implementation of Barcel to BBU Project support – Multi Step – “1800” Coordinates and Ensures implementation of all Barcel training is assigned and executed. Coach/Train Sr Market Sales Leaders to ensure Barcel Gold Standard execution. Develops goals to deliver KPI results by Market Growth Leader. Develops stores visits for Market Sales Leaders focused on underperforming Customers/Channels/Categories for all distribution models. Develops and ensures execution of Barcel “Competing to Win” messaging in BBU Sales Centers to support Barcel strategic objectives. Ensures Sr Market Sales Leader, Standard Work is executed to drive Barcel KPI’s. (Sales, VPO, Service, Saturation, Voids, Execution (Strategic/Marketing/Promotion)) Ensures Sr Market Sales Leader weekly calendar is executed. Coordinates Barcel sampling within BBU for assigned area. Manage the implementation of projects and initiatives at the regional and, in some cases, national level. Collaborate closely with local sales teams and business partners to ensure superior execution of marketing programs. Provide training to new employees within the corresponding region. Conduct weekly/monthly sales blitzes and prepare summary reports. Lead planning sessions for assigned projects/tasks. Manage project progress, adapt work as required, and ensure projects meet deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
