Sr. Navy Logistics Analyst / R-Supply Job Category: Logistics Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) to support our USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) program within Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, Pacific (NECCPAC) N41 activities. The ideal candidate would have experience obtained as a former U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist with tours within Seabee, EOD, or Costal Riverine communities; or onboard FFG/DDG/CG class Navy ships. **What You'll Get To Do:** + The SLA will be responsible for providing R-Supply (Unit Level) assistance and training to Supply Department / Stock Control divisions at commands assigned to NECC. Customized training will be conducted over-the- shoulder, remotely via email or phone, or within a classroom setting. The visits will support pre-deployment preparations, Supply Management Inspection (SMC), and/or specific topics as needed. + The SLA will monitor and update R-Supply (Unit Level) training curriculum and facilitate the conduct of R-Supply training seminars. The seminars will cover all aspects of R-Supply used by Logistic Specialist (LS) personnel within NECC. **You'll Bring These Qualifications:** + Must have an Active DOD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify. + Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute, eight years of “hands-on” experience in a combination of Navy automated supply/maintenance management may be utilized. Training related to the “degree substitute” provided at Navy schools is considered “hands on” experience. + In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the SLA must have seven years to nine years (eight years is preferred) of experience in Navy automated supply, logistics, inventory management, financial management, and the functionality of the automated supply systems. + Experience in automated supply/maintenance management systems must be with NTCSS (R-Supply Unit Level) software from a Stock Control manager aspect to effectively analyze a wide array of file conditions. + Must have expert level knowledge with MS Office Suite products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). **These Qualifications Are Nice To Have:** + Familiarity with Navy supply and maintenance relationships, organizations, and management databases within NECC is highly desirable. + The ideal candidate would have experience obtained as a former U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Logistics Specialist with tours within Seabee, EOD, or Costal Riverine communities; or onboard FFG/DDG/CG class Navy ships. + Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare and conduct individual and group over the shoulder training as well as independently communicate as the NFL Team representative within NECCPAC leadership. **What We Can Offer You:** + We’ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post. + Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives. + We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities. + We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation’s highest priorities. + For over 55 years, the principles of CACI’s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success. **Company Overview:** CACI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
