Sr. Product Analyst
Overview Lennar is looking for a Senior Analyst to support our product growth and search initiatives. Lennar is poised to revolutionize home buying and drive business growth by creating a seamless shopping experience throughout the online and offline customer journey. The ideal candidate is a driven, strategic analyst with demonstrable experience of data driven product growth, a deep understanding of digital search and discovery, UX/UI innovation and development, web experimentation, and website analytics. They’re excited about the opportunity to build a world-class product analytics function whose work directly influences the trajectory of the business by leveraging their analytical skill set to grow Lennar’s digital platform through data-driven, actionable insights. Responsibilities Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Primary data and analytics support for growth and search development on lennar.com through visitor behavior reporting, funnel conversion, feature engagement, experimentation measurement, front-end tracking, and product optimization Direct collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Leaders to execute against a shared roadmap by pairing analytics to each and every team initiative Lead data-driven product innovation by building and scaling data tooling and reports to power self-service discovery by our partners Own all things data during the implementation of changes to the website experience to improve customer engagement and value metrics Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making Develop a deep knowledge of key success indicators and uphold best practices for measurement and reporting Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: 4+ years of experience in product, demonstratable experience with growth and search initiatives is a must 2+ years of experience in web experimentation and optimization Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proactive not reactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in SQL is a must, as you’ll live in a SQL client, Excel, and a few other useful tools of the data trade Ability to take in requirements, ask smart questions, and produce high-quality actionable insights by telling a story with data and effectively communicating that story Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools Experience working on a Product or Growth team is a plus Knowledge of Python, R, and predictive modeling is a plus Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
