Reports to:  Manager, Talent Acquisition of Product Creation & Innovation

Location:  Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; or Remote (US)

The Role

A unique and pivotal role is currently available within our brands for a highly experienced and solutions orientated Sr. Product Creation & Innovation Recruiter. This role will have accountability for strategically attracting, and recruiting top diverse talent for our product, product management, development, design, merchandise, and innovation critical functions. The role is preferably based in Los Angeles or Portland with a hybrid in office schedule and reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition of Product Creation & Innovation.

The successful incumbent must provide a professional, end-to-end recruitment service for the business ensuring recruitment of talented and high-performing professionals in the most candidate-centric, innovative, and timely manner.  A highly preferred preference of experience within the performance footwear and apparel category.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Developing and creating sourcing strategies for critical functional roles within Product and InnovationEngaging prospective candidates continually within the sourcing funnel frameworkAnalyzing market and internal talent trends that ensure talent acquisition strategies are successfulBuilding and fostering internal and external partnerships

$140,000 - $150,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location (or specific non-CA remote location). Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
