The Sr. SAP Business Architect - Record to Report (RTR) will manage cross-functional teams through program execution for our Finance and Costing systems and business processes. Responsibilities Act as the IT Solution Architect for the implementation of SAP Finance Projects Manage multiple large-scale complex projects from delivery timeline, service level, profitability, and customer satisfaction perspective Meet milestones and timelines, budget, and resources of the delivery and ensure that the project stays on track End-to-end SAP Functional management including Record to Report (Finance & Controlling) modules Manage cross-functional teams through program execution for our Finance and Costing systems and business processes Partner with business leadership and project management Provide guidance to technical teams Drive effective issue management and communication with key stakeholders. Solve complex problems that arise during the planning and execution of different IT programs and projects as well as managing SAP support activities. Drive new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures Collaborate with the Global Value Stream Owners and Solution Design Leads as they support RTR rollout Assess localization requirements of the ERP solution to in-scope business units Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objective Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 12 years of IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 8 years of IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR At least 14 years of IT architecture experience At least 2 years of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Previous leadership role on ERP implementations SAP Project implementation and management experience Experience managing large, complex projects Experience successfully completing multiple SAP full life cycle implementations and rollout projects in SAP FI/CO module Preferred experience with Order to Cash SAP components (AR, Invoicing, etc.) Preferred experience with Procure To Pay SAP components (Ariba, Concur, AP, Vendor Portal, etc.) SAP FICO certified is a plus Experience in global teams with matrix reporting and deliverables Company Overview Navistar, Inc.
