Zadara is looking for an excellent senior software engineer to join our Core engineering team and be a part of an elite team that delivers our fully managed edge cloud services including storage, compute and networking.
As a Core team senior software engineer you will design and develop new Enterprise-grade features and explore new directions to improve our product resiliency, performance and scalability. You will be challenged with complex high-performance distributed software system issues that require a deep understanding of the Cloud infrastructure and advanced knowledge in Linux kernel. Your day to dayWork as part of a cross-geographic agile team, working in high velocity, and delivering great qualityWork closely with our Product team and chief architect to design new features and/or improve product stability and performance  Design, develop and expand features within our storage product to improve their robustness, performance and securityWork closely with the QA engineers to enhance our white box automation testing.Explore and resolve complex customer issues escalated by our Support teamWhat you bringBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent from a leading university4+ years of experience Strong in C/C++ programing skillsExcellent understanding of Linux/Unix platform and the concepts Excellent hands-on experience in multithreaded programming and distributed systemsStrong verbal and written communication skills High motivation to work in dynamic and innovative startupWillingness to work at least 3 days from our office YokneamNice to haveBeing part of block storage and file system development teamExperience with Golang programming JR61
