The Bonadio Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to work with the Outsource Accounting and Finance team. This position provides delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients in a variety of industries. Responsibilities

Performing accounting services for clients inclusive of:

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivableManage bank and general ledger reconciliation(s)Preparing sales tax returnsPerform month-end closingsPreparing trial balance and adjusting journal entries
Ability to work independently both in the office and at client locationsAdhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentialityAptitude for learning and utilizing appropriate resources and technologyA passion for providing superior customer satisfactionEffective interpersonal skills that would enable ongoing, daily client interaction and communicationAchieve consistent and outstanding client satisfaction Qualifications

Required:

A minimum of one year of small business accounting/bookkeeping experienceA minimum of an Associates degree in a related disciplineComputer expertise including proficiency with accounting software applicationsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelMust have reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client sites and other office locations

Preferred:

Experience working in a client service setting

The salary range for this opportunity is between $55,000 - $65,000 and is commensurate with experience.

 

Hours Of Operation:

Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on FridayWe pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
