We are looking to add a seasoned accounting professional to our team. This staff accountant role will be working directly with the Controller and will be an integral part of the accounting team.\n

Duties:\n\nComfort with the preparation of standard financial documents (P&L, Balance Sheets, Statement of Cashflows, etc.)\nPreparation and input of journal entries\nFirm understanding of accrual accounting principles\nReconcile accrual, prepaid, and cash accounts\nMaintains fixed assets and calculate monthly depreciation and amortization\nWorks with AP & AR staff to ensure proper recognition of revenues and expenditures\nAssist other internal business units in understanding financial impacts\n\n

Skills & Abilities:\n\n5+ years of applicable Accounting experience\nHigh level of proficiency in Excel, Outlook, MS Office\nFirm understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and accrual accounting\nAbility to self pace and deliver complete work products in a timely manner\nBachelors in Accounting, Business, Economics, or other related field preferred but not required\n\n

This role will be a traditional M-F, 8-5 schedule with the role to be performed in our office, located near the Domain. \n
