Our client, a leading bakery in Oxnard, CA is looking for Staff Accountant to join their team. In this role you will be play a key role on the administrative team by being responsible for various accounting tasks including bank reconciliation, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, account analysis and financial auditing. Compensation is $80.000/year.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial recordsMaintain general ledger accountsManage bank and credit card reconciliationManage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including communication with suppliers and customers.Manage invoicing.Manage payroll, employee benefits, and time and attendance of temporary employeesProduces financial reports, cost analysis, and expense auditsOversee production and inventory data entry in QuickBooksOversee the organization and maintenance of files and archivesResponsible for obtaining permits and licenses to ensure complianceMaintain office supply inventory

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in AccountingProficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software applicationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial dataExperience in QuickBooksBasic Spanish is a plus
