Position Summary: 

Ivanti is currently seeking a Staff Software Engineer to work with the ITSM Engineering team on helping customers by ensuring the products are implemented and functioning as needed to achieve their desired outcomes. A Software Engineer on this team will be a cross functional member who can work within a highly experienced group of engineers, as well as collaborate with others outside of the team to build industry leading Service Management.

The role will be required to deliver solid product designs to build the product and content portfolio based on requirements set forth by Product Management, User Experience, Product Owners, and your own input for the future of the product. The candidate does not see large code bases or complex problems as roadblocks, but a set off rewarding challenges to build products that will empower our users to secure the enterprise quickly and easily

What you will do:

Development of applications (Cloud based) and integrate solutions for IT Service Management.Deliver quality code via unit testing, continuous integration through test automation coverage and maintaining it.Add to our automation testing pyramid as we invest in strategies and technologies that will allow us to release and deploy safely and more often.Think through and build proactive monitoring solutions over reactive monitoring to ensure Application health and availability.Troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of customer application issuesWork within a truly agile team that is willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful.Mentor others on your team to help them grow as engineers across many dimensions.

Minimum Qualifications:

9+ years of full stack development experience in Object Oriented Programming design & development using ASP.NET Core, MVC, C# and MS SQL Server, MongoDB, RedisWorking experience on Cloud computing Azure (Azure SQL DB, No SQL DB, ALB, Azure functions, Elastic Search/cloud, Blob Storage, Azure files, Import/Export) Working exposure of Azure DevOPs, PipelinesExperience of developing solution within a containerized environment. Good working exposure of Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service.Hands on experience on Asynchronous Messaging Technologies like, Azure Queue, Service Bus, Redis Queue. or KafkaExperience in object-oriented JavaScript, Node JS, CSS2/CSS3 and HTML/HTML5Experience in Building and implementing user interfaces using JavaScript and the Angular framework.Good understanding of SOAP/REST Web servicesExperience of developing solution based on Microservice Architecture Pattern. Nice to have Exposure of any monitoring tool New Relic or Prometheus or Dynatrace etc.Nice to have awareness/exposure of TypeScriptGood to have Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) using MVC model with Responsive Design.Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy in daily work, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in Distributed and scalable cloud solutions
