Job DescriptionTo wash and clean all cookware (pots and pans) and china, glass, silver and all miscellaneous items from kitchen production areas and dining rooms in accordance with Omni standards.
Responsibilities Cleans pots, pans, cookware utensils, china, glass, silverware, and any other miscellaneous itemsConduct a quarterly silver and china inventoryKeeps cookware washing area clean and neatStores cleaned items in the proper locationKeeps kitchen floor area clean and free of debrisClean any heart of house areas as instructedCompletes other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a timeAbility to clearly communicateAbility and willingness to push pull or lift up to 50 lbs.Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, and reachAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working on weekends and holidaysPrevious experience in stewarding is strongly preferredFood safety certification
