As a Store Asset Protection Leader, investigate and mitigate root causes of internal, external, operational, and vendor related shrink on the retail and pharmacy sides of the business. This role will be seen as a key partner to store teams and will work collaboratively with store management and other Asset Protection professionals in the store and field to implement strategic solutions to reduce shrink and increase profitability in their assigned area.

Day-in-the-Life of a Store Asset Protection Leader:

Conduct and lead internal and pharmacy investigationsAnalyze external theft patterns and identify organized retail crime activityComplete store assessments and identify root causes of shrinkTrain store and pharmacy teams on Asset Protection programsCreate awareness around shrink reduction strategiesAssess data and shrink trends for a group of storesMeasure the effectiveness and impact of strategies and adapt as neededMaintain detailed investigations case files and document updatesImplement new Asset Protection strategies, programs, and proceduresCollaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to drive business resultsPartner with law enforcement to create strong relationships in the communitySupport store teams with all Asset Protection related activities

Education and/or Experience:

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
