Wells Fargo is seeking a Markets Strategy & Planning Consultant in Corporate and Investment Banking as part of our CIB Strategy and Transformation team to help drive the overall strategic direction of the business.

In this role, you will:

Participate in developing strategic priorities and management of inter-dependenciesAssist and contribute integration with other strategic efforts across CIB and Wells FargoIdentify technology requirements and coordination of technical resourcesReview and analyze basic business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternativesExercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsProvide strategic consulting services to client organization using knowledge and expertiseCollaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult closely with management of Finance, Human Resources, and Regional Services

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm in a CIB strategy team

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of CIB lines of businesses, especially with Sales & Trading businesses (Equities, Credit, Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Rates)Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit and broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approachesStrong client management and executive-level communication skillsTrack record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadershipExperience in Corporate and Investment Banking industry overall; experience with Sales & Trading businesses is a plusMBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier programExperience analyzing revenue drivers, risk exposure, and market trends globallyAdvanced technical skills in MS Office, such as Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
