About the Job

We are currently seeking aStructural Engineerto join our remote team supporting projects in the San Francisco and Sacramento areas. This role focuses on structural design for hospital renovations, university additions, and other complex facilities. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and project managers while contributing to meaningful infrastructure improvements.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams in San Francisco and Sacramento on structural engineering projectsDesign and model structures using Revit, ensuring precision in healthcare-related workPerform structural analysis using ETABS, RAM, and RISA softwareLead small engineering teams through various project phasesCommunicate with clients and provide regular project updatesConduct site or office visits once per quarter

Job Requirements

Professional Engineer (PE) license requiredStrong knowledge of California building codesProficiency in Revit, ETABS, RAM, and RISAExperience in healthcare, DSA, and data center projectsExcellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Structural Engineer (SE) license is a plusFamiliarity with DSA and OSHPD/HCAI project requirementsUnderstanding of U.S. engineering standards and practices

Workplace Type

This is a remote-first position with occasional site or office visits in the San Francisco and Sacramento areas. Candidates should be based in the Bay Area or willing to travel quarterly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $86000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
