RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experienceA proven track record of superior workmanshipSelf-motivation and results orientationA strong focus on customer serviceValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to successfully pass a criminal background checkProvide references of your past work.Ownership of your own truck, trailer and toolsScheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and in their homes (between the hours of 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)Self-motivation and results orientationTime and work process management skills with the ability to work independentlyPossess a Certified Lead Renovator CertificateProvide Certificate insurance with the following requirements: - General Liability - $1Million Each Occurrence- Automobile Liability - $1Million Combined Single Limit- Worker's Compensation -- $1 Million Policy Limit
