Job Descriptions: Sigmatech is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Execution Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support requirements determination and development of the new FMS-ACES (FMS-A) case executions system. FMS-A will replace the current Army case execution system CISIL. The SME position will support our Army contract within the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DE&C). In this role, the FMS Case Execution SME will work directly with the Deputy Assistant Secretary to identify requirements within the organization that will allow for collaboration, process workflow, and ease of access to FMS case execution information. This position allows for remote work. Responsibilities: + Serve as the FMS Case Execution process expert supporting DASA DE&C and all Army equities in the development of FMS-ACES. + Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of FMS-ACES Information Technology (IT) solutions. + Gains expert knowledge of FMS-ACES information architectures, taxonomies, and workflows. + Analyzes FMS-ACES business needs and user stories to collect and document requirements for further evaluation. + Utilizes process models, specifications, and other data visualization tools to develop FMS-ACES user requirements. + Coordinates user IT requirements with FMS-ACES developers and project teams. + Works with DASA DE&C IT personnel and development teams to identify and evaluate FMS-ACES cyber technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. + Develops FMS-ACES IT standard operation procedures and technical documentation. Required Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant FMS experience or 15+ years of relevant Army FMS case execution process experience. Familiarity working within a DoD organization. Must currently possess a Secret clearance. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
