Who we seek:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic BD & Alliances team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development & Alliances. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Matterport's most strategic cloud, technology, and platform partnerships, collaborating closely with us and cross functional stakeholders and directly contributing to key initiatives across various aspects of the BD & Alliances function, such as co-selling, partner marketing, deal registration, event coordination, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in strategy, sales, or business development and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

Partner Operations: Help organize and craft enablement materials, manage CRM systems, and track partner performance. Partner Support: Assist the Alliances team in partner performance audits, partner discoveries, event preparations and other partner-related efforts & initiatives.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, analyze competitive landscape and identify and prospect into potential new partners.​​Project Ownership: Take ownership of a specific project to drive partner or operational improvement and support the team with ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.Partner Engagement & Relationship Management: Collaborate with BD & Alliances professionals to understand partner needs and strategies, support GTM efforts, and participate in internal and external meetings to build industry knowledge and strengthen partner relationships.Product Knowledge: Learn about Matterport's and CoStar Group's products, services, and their applications across various industries and partner ecosystems.

Basic Qualifications: 

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field at an accredited, non-profit, in-person college or university, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026, and a strong interest in business development, Go-To-Market strategy, and partnerships.Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with senior stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for learning and the technology industry.Experience with Google Slides and Sheets and/or Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.3.0 GPA or above.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Currently pursuing an MBA/Masters degree graduating in Spring 2026.Prior work experience in a strategic, corporate/business strategy consulting role at a technology company.Detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and through ambiguous challenges.Results-focused team player with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.Creative problem-solver, both quantitatively and qualitatively.Ability to work with all levels of management and cross-functionally within Operations, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams.
