Job Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities:    Work with Project Managers and Field superintendents to determine labor staffing needs    Plan for and determine available and qualified internal labor (current employees), identify appropriate timing for moves and communicate to HR    Plan for & Determine ongoing external (new hire) labor needs and collaborate with HR to resource and fill according to project schedules    Act as initial field contact for means and methods assistance, and coordinate/request assistance from superintendent- Equipment, Means & Methods    Fully accountable for site superintendent responsibilities on assigned large projects    Work with General Superintendent to Ensure proper arrival times of equipment to sites    Plan for and execute weekly field meetings to update field staff on current projects, bids, staffing, and equipment moves    Assist the estimating department in the review of major and complex projects to be bid or negotiated    Ensure company policies and operational procedures are understood, implemented consistently and adhered to.    Through the Operations Team, coordinate with Corporate Safety Department to ensure all project safety needs are met and to assist in the adherence to all Company safety policies. Skills and Requirements 10-years of experience working in civil construction within a water and pipeline civil project including estimating, project management, equipment, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration    Previous experience of leading construction operations and mentoring professional development of field management    Similar project experience (site type or vertical projects) specifically in heavy civil construction industry    Ability to work through legal documents, identifying subcontractor inclusions and exclusions    Aptitude for reading and interpreting technical specifications, architectural drawings, project plans, and standard drawings null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
