Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent with a minimum of five years of experience managing large projects. The ideal candidate will take pride in their projects and demonstrate leadership skills in the Heavy Civil Industry.
ResponsibilitiesRun heavy civil construction projects.Oversee multiple crews on a project.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.Essential Skills10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.5+ years of supervision experience.Ability to oversee multiple crews ranging from 5 to 30 team members.Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 Hour Training is a plus.Good communication and organizational skills.Strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities.Safety-oriented and a team player.Familiarity with GPS Rover technology.Work Environment
The Site Superintendent will primarily work on the job site, focusing on one project at a time. Projects typically range from $2 million to $5 million and are located within an hour and a half from Bethlehem PA. The work schedule includes four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift, with start times ranging from 6:30 to 7:00 am. Crew sizes can range from 5 to 30 people
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Client offers Highmark health benefits. It's around $120 a week for family and they have a $2k deductible.
