Job Description

Supervisor, National Video Investment will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute video platform media buys for one of our clients. The ideal candidate for this position is an agile, proactive, team player who is curious and open to the changing face of media buying through technological advancement. 

This is a collaborative and connected team dedicated to great client service as well as fostering an environment for professional growth for their team members. 

Role Objectives:

Experience in working with programs and tools including (MediaOcean, Media Tools, IMS, ADviews, ComScore) and master media mathResponsible for reporting and tracking budgets, savings and value, ensuring accuracy for internal teamAssist with evaluating partner proposals and client recommendationsAssist with deck writing, budget management & partner allocationsOversee team to ensure accuracy & smooth running of day-to-day activitiesAccuracy of MBOX to ensure system reflects purchased orders & brand goalsUpdate buy summary documentsMonitor network buys based on audience delivery data to insure delivery in flightManage the oversight of campaign set-up and execution including order letters, specs, creative rotation and billing documentationCollaborate with key partners including Brand Experience, Digital Investment, Strategy and MarketplaceParticipate in departmental projects as requestedResponsible for management, development, and mentorship of associates/sr. associates

 

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Communications or related field with 3+ years of media buying experienceUnderstanding of multiple media channels- Digital/Video media buying experience a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and advanced ExcelStrong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencyAbility to work independently and in a team setting while effectively managing priorities

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $58,500 - $88,000 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.  The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 04/12/2024.
