SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of employees and must comply with all safety, quality, quantity, and housekeeping standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise all personnel and operations on shift. Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment. Report any process and equipment problems. Organize work for smooth operation. Assure that established policy, rules, regulations, and procedures are followed. Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping of the area. Meet production quality and quantity standards on the shift. Strong judgment and decision making. Must possess coaching and development skills. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate of Arts degree (AA) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school, or 4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the aviation industry, required. FAA Airframe Powerplant (AP) license, required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
