Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order

to meet demand | Follows established procedures for operating various manufacturing equipment |

Sets up equipment feeding, speed and temperature for optimal performance | Selects and measures

raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing | Resolves issues

related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations |

Responsibilities are within the Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a

combination of Disciplines

Major Position Responsibilities Supervises production operations for assigned units or during an assigned shift.Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform qualitycontrol, or package goods for shipment.Notifies maintenance or engineering departments when equipment requires maintenance or repair.Monitors output of assigned area(s) against established schedules or quality goals.Coordinates the flow of work through the department and ensures that department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriately.Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers. Basic Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & Experience

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Discipline/Major: Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Business degree preferred

Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 5-7 years experience in a relevant function

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Decision-making skills. Problem/situation analysis. Project management skills. Planning skills.

Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
