Job Title – Supervisor

Industry – Residential Electrical Services

Pay Rate – $50,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Shift: 1st Monday-Thursday 7am – 5:30pm

Requirements

All requirements of Electrician: High school diploma Clean driving record / license and ability to operate vehicles including a van and truck Knowledge of electrical materials / supplies Experience with hand tools / saws / supplies Physically able to perform work may include lifting, climbing, crouching, & working in cramped spaces (refer to the Physical Skills and Demands grid) Successful background check and drug test Certificate of completion for Electrical Journeyman, Residential Plus: 10 years of experience in the field*

*Less years’ experience considered if the following applies:

B.S. Degree in Business / other relevant area of study or Master Electrician designation Develop / document / implement safety program or revenue stream

Responsibilities

One-year training with Company Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, maintains electrical systems, circuits, and equipment Performs a variety of field related business tasks and master company’s office / field technology Ability to establish and accomplish personal and company improvement goals Ability to provide guidance and training (safety and technical) to team Ability to provide written periodic reviews and follow-through mentoring to team Ability to document profitable estimates

Bonus, and Benefits (if satisfactory performance in all other areas)

$50,000 salary and up, commensurate with experience – exempt position Benefits Once Hired On: 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, after 3-month probationary period Holiday Pay, after 3-month probationary period Closed between Christmas Eve and New Years Company-matching up to 3% retirement plan, after 1 year 40 Hours Paid Time Off after 1 year, 56 hours after 5 years, and 80 hours after 10 years Bonus Program
