Position Description:

Responsible for supervising the mutuels operations during assigned shift and to ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Job Funcitons

Responsible for the physical, custodial control of all assets during the assigned shift.Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate performance of personnel.Review and monitor documents and transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.Ensure customers receive friendly, accurate and timely service; resolve customer complaints and disputes.Audit and verify transactions with Racing department.Report and research any Mutuel variance.Transport monies to and from work station.
