Supply Manager
**Description** **General Summary** Purchasing of supplies for internal use referred to as indirect goods and services. Purchase all products necessary to maintain the facility for the company’s standards and policies. Monitor and maintain all purchases, invoices and provide tracking mechanism. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Purchases Supplies, takes inventory to maintain shelf par levels throughout the facilities. + Distributes supplies, delivers and stores supplies in appropriate locations per departmental guidelines with established time frames. + Processes all supply requisitions/credits per department guidelines and provide to Corporate Office + Contributes to a safe, clean and operational environment + Provides ancillary support and coverage in areas assigned + Maintains and updates Smart Pro Supply Order System + Managing Vendor performance on a quarterly basis + Prepares monthly reports as needed + Screens and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel + Logs and closes out all customer requests + Logs all employee call-ins and informs appropriate supervisor/management + Other duties as assigned **Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements** + Working with business leaders who have identified a business need or requirement to identify, source, contract, and procure the needed good or service from qualified suppliers + Managing supplier performance + Implementing technologies, processes, policies, and procedures to support the purchasing process ( **Supplier Relationship Management** ). + The supplier relationship management process: a process for providing the structure for how relationships with suppliers will be developed and maintained. + Must be able to communicate, in English orally and/or in writing, fluently enough to ensure quick and accurate communications. **Working Conditions** + Be able to stand, push, pull, bend, kneel, and stretch for extended period of time. + Be able to lift 50 lbs. _This job description is subject to change by the employer as the needs of the employer and requirements of the job change._ Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
