A Bit About The Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Ad Tech, the Senior Vice President of Sales will lead our global sales initiatives in our Ad Tech Business Unit, to drive revenue growth, and enhance the effectiveness of our sales teams. This critical role demands a seasoned leader who has the tenacity and energy to relentlessly drive the sales process with their teams every week whilst having the ability to engage directly in closing large multi-million-dollar deals with the attention to detail and complex negotiation and deal making skills when required.

 

Develop strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, increase recurring revenue and solidify our market presence globallyLead, inspire, and manage sales teams across the globe including Europe, the United States, and Australia, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goalsDirect involvement in the negotiation and hands-on management of substantial, complex sales opportunities if and when requiredImplement rigorous sales processes and cadences to drive the sales team to close significant deals effectivelyServe as a cultural touchpoint and coach to direct reports, fostering a positive, dynamic corporate culture and enhancing team performanceChampion the disciplined use of the Miller Heiman sales framework, or equivalent, and ensure its systematic implementation across all sales activitiesCollaborate with executive peers to innovate and refine sales tactics and strategiesProvide accurate sales forecasting and establish performance metrics to ensure continuous growth and competitive positioningBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to foster business development opportunities About You Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles, with a track record of managing large-scale, high-value deals in a global setting10+ years of global sales experience, with a focus on B2B software sales for Linear, Addressable, and Video-on-Demand Ad-Tech solutions in the broadcast and media industryProven track record of hitting and/or exceeding sales targetsIn-depth understanding of and experience with strategic sales methodologies and pipeline managementThe ability to present P&Ls and business cases to C-level management and other stakeholders to secure buy-in for new business opportunitiesDemonstrated leadership ability, capable of coaching direct reports and acting as a cultural leader within the organizationStrong analytical skills, with a robust understanding of sales metrics and the ability to oversee complex deal structuresOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for maintaining profitable relationships and negotiating high-stakes dealsWillingness to travel internationally and work across different time zones
