MAJOR FUNCTION:

Collaborates with customers; create test plans; Enhance Functionality of System with minimal assistance: Active role is demonstrated in the orientation and training of new system users; current knowledge of regulatory compliance and applies prior knowledge to recommend, improve and implement system changes where applicable; participates in internal PI initiatives.

 

Analysis experience with Cerner and knowledge of SurgiNet Cerner preferred. Experience is Surgical Services area is a plus.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

Associate degree in computer science or related specialty required. In lieu of Associate degree, will consider 3-5 years’ experience in related specialty.   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specific service/clinical discipline, or equivalent preferred. Experience in managing IS related projects required. Experience with PCs and networking as required.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong expertise in multiple healthcare applications.  Proficient with Microsoft office applications.  Physical Requirements:
