Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JEMSOC missions in order to provide the JEMSOC Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations in order to accredit each Service\/United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).\n
\n

Specific Duties: In this position, you will be responsible for:\n\nDeveloping, designing, and maintaining software solutions that enable effective and efficient product development and information sharing\nDeveloping, adapting, and designing software in support of analytical requirements \nSupporting data collection during evaluation planning, execution, and analysis and facilitating data collection training\nFacilitating data reduction, especially where software solutions have been developed to streamline tasks, to report calculate, and organize data\nAssisting and supporting IT Help Desk personnel with the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT assets and infrastructure\nDesigning, populating, and maintaining databases\nDeveloping and administering data management systems and databases and experience with SQL and SQL Server\nReviewing and evaluating proposed streamlined tasking, data sharing, visualization, and collaboration technologies to ensure compliance with applicable DOD information systems, security policies, directives, and instructions\nWorking with various government organizations to identify, review, and evaluate candidate data sources and applicable local and national data standards\nAssisting with modeling and simulation frameworks; software integration, development, generation, demonstration, and documentation \nDeveloping programs inside of Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio\nConsolidating data from different sources and generating common formats\nFacilitating data entry and retrieval of data for analysis and reporting\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nCurrent\/active Top Secret+ security clearance\n\n\nFive (5) + years of relevant operational experience\nExperience with multiple higher level programing languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript, MATLAB, etc.\n\n
\n

Desired Qualifications:\n\nPreferably possess a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field such as computer programing, mathematics, etc.\n\n
