System Development Specialist, Associate

Here in Tewksbury, Massachusetts we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented System Development Specialist (Associate level). Under close supervision, this role will support the development, customization, and implementation of hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a problem-solving mindset, and is passionate about enhancing system performance and functionality through technical innovation.

Your Challenge:

Assist in the installation, development, and customization of software and hardware systems.

Support implementation efforts for new systems and upgrades to existing infrastructure.

Participate in design, engineering evaluation, and testing of software or equipment.

Contribute to configuration management processes and maintain accurate system documentation.

Perform basic analysis and modeling to identify solutions for customer or internal issues.

Work closely with end users to gather feedback and improve system usability.

Provide support and assistance during user training sessions as needed.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose technical alternatives to optimize system performance.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Basic understanding of system development life cycles, hardware/software integration, and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with end users and technical teams.

Eagerness to learn and grow technical expertise in a supervised environment.

Familiarity with configuration management and system documentation practices is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
