We are seeking a skilled and motivated Railway Signalling Project Engineer to join Siemens' dynamic team. The role involves the installation, testing, and commissioning of electronic interlocking railway signalling systems, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, RDSO standards, and Siemens' quality requirements.

You’ll make an impact by: Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Site survey, and Installation supervision for the electronic interlocking system Should be able to prepare the BOQ for project specific and raise the request for shortage materials to office. Able to perform customer factory testing using simulation software and Site acceptance testing is an added advantage. Additional Knowledge in Power calculations for system design. Willing to travel to Sites in various parts of country. Ability to function independently and in a team environment Takes initiative, has a “can do” attitude eager to learn and exhibits passion and excitement towards work. Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced and dynamics environment. Compliance and Quality Assurance. Ensure adherence to railway, RDSO standards and Siemens safety regulations. Prepare Installation check list, pre commissioning check list, technical documentation and ensure quality compliance during all project phases to meet OEM requirements. Troubleshooting and Maintenance Support. Analyze and resolve issues during testing and commissioning phases. Provide post-commissioning support to maintenance teams as required Maintain effective communication with clients and partners, providing regular updates on project progress. Support bid teams with technical guidance during proposal and tender preparation. You’ll win us over by: Having bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. Diploma (preferred) in electronic or electrical engineering along with Electronic Interlocking Project Engineering. 3+ years of experience in railway signalling projects or similar roles. Hands-on experience with electronic interlocking systems, track circuits, point machines, axle counters, data logger and Railway Signalling. Knowledge of Signalling Interlocking Plan, TOC/ RCC, Interface circuits and Application Logic of EI system. Understanding the Design and execution concept of Railway signalling principles. Knowledge in signalling design tools and software. Knowledge in Quality concepts and EHS requirements. Knowledge in MS Office tools such as MS. Excel and Power point. Certifications (Preferred): IRSE Licensing, or equivalent.
