TENICA is looking to hire System Engineers

Job Location: Springfield, VA

Responsibilities:

Define and propose novel methods to utilize digital engineering (DE) (i.e., Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)) techniques and tools to improve systems engineering processes, utilizing available enterprise tools.Define and propose novel methods to improve modeling and architectural capture of operational baselines. Conduct studies and propose initiatives to establish or evolve enterprise processes into a single enterprise framework across the sites, based on a consideration of metrics and analysis. Conduct studies and propose initiatives to establish or evolve non-traditional delivery frameworks that may meet future delivery demand signals. Conduct studies and propose initiatives to establish or evolve other process improvements, as directed. Support the utility assessment of new tools and capabilities Participate in technical exchanges to establish or enhance tools, processes, and governance.

Must have TS/SCI with CI polyJunior to senior level positions available
