a day in the life: 
The Systems Analyst will serve as an advocate for the Legal team to identify their technology needs, document user requirements, create and administer technology training materials, and manage technology projects and implementations to successful completion. Reporting to Sr Manager, Legal Operations, this role will research and analyze technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements. Maintain open and consistent communication with legal team members to identify technology-driven opportunities for streamlining work processes. The System Analyst will coordinate within Legal, with the Technology team and third-party vendors to develop and maintain the most appropriate technology solutions for the Legal Team. 
Takes in requirements from Legal team members and documents technical requirementsAssesses configuration options to meet requirements and specificationsSupports the Legal Operations Manager in preparing and managing to a Legal technology roadmapApplies increasing knowledge in system features and technology standardsPerforms troubleshooting and investigates root cause of production issuesResponsible for assisting the Legal Team with day-to-day technology use and adoptionManages and drives selection, design, implementation and adoption of new Legal technology platforms including matter management, document management, and billing managementAnalyzes and provides assessments on the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of existing business processes and supporting systems, and recommends enhancements in system design, business processes, and new technology product offeringsMaintains current technology systems, including enhancements, bug/fixes, and scheduled updatesSupports communication for Legal technology projects and other team effortsManages the administration of other tools, applications, and processes used within the Legal teamAssists with system reporting and analytics

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent2-5 years systems analysis/administration experience, with an emphasis on legal technologyExperience managing legal applications (e.g., Conga, OneTrust, Symphony, Exterro, etc.)Experience managing common enterprise applications (e.g. Office365)Experience with PowerBI and PowerApps is a plusExpertise in writing business and technical requirements/documentationProven experience with application configurationProven experience with system/application implementationPossesses strong organizational and project management skills

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $117,500-$154,200 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:  In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
