Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our IT team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and managing both hardware and software solutions to address organizational technology needs. You will play a vital role in researching, recommending, and implementing solutions to enhance networking and security systems within the organization. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain hardware and software systems to meet the organization's IT requirements. • Research and recommend solutions to optimize networking and security within the information systems environment. • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Client and Server products, including Configuration Manager, Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. • Manage data protection technologies, including endpoint protection, system backups, and malware prevention. • Implement and oversee network security controls such as Network Access Control, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, and vulnerability management systems. • Apply cybersecurity best practices, including Intrusion Detection System concepts, to safeguard organizational data. • Provide technical support for network operations, programming, and desktop services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of IT projects. • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance. • Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in IT, including network operations, programming, and cybersecurity. • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Configuration Manager, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365. • Hands-on experience with data protection and backup technologies, as well as endpoint malware prevention tools. • Familiarity with network security tools such as SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability management systems. • Working knowledge of cloud technologies, Linux systems, and Citrix environments. • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
