Job Duties:

Work closely with the business partners to gather/evaluate requirements, construct workflow charts and wireframes for the AML and sanctions customer screening product. Analyze the current system capabilities to design and add new functionality to the product.
Wrote specifications and prepared technical documentation on the Confluence page. Collaborate with team of 10 including scrum master, QA engineers and developers to help ensure successful delivery of the project within the given timeframe.Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.   Communicate with onshore and offshore application teams across the organization and help onboard them to the analytics service. Provide key insights on user behavior and trends, helping to determine future enhancements for various application across the organization. Identify system errors and collaborate with developers and end users to troubleshoot system issue. Enhanced reporting and metrics tracking capabilities using Google analytics and tag manage 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor
