Job Summary

Raytheon is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to provide integration, operation, and maintenance support for a full motion video dissemination system.

This Onsite role in Dulles (Sterling, VA) will have OCONUS / CONUS travel up to 10 to 15%.

Responsibilities to Anticipate

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware, and software updates.Meet with military customers and translate their requirements into program technical results.Ensure total operational and functional compatibility with interfacing / interacting systems, subsystems, equipment, and computer applications.Work within a time-critical, physically demanding environment as the subject matter expert within the given domain.Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations supporting the US government.Support the team in a variety of tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience supporting software development and testing across multiple engineering disciplines.Experience with systems administration, including domain administration, active directory, and certificates.Experience with networking with a basic level of network administration.Current Security+ CE credential or an equivalent DoD 8570 certificate.An active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to the start date.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access.Experience in meeting with military customers and translating their requirements into program technical results.Experience with integration and implementation of GUI-oriented software products.Experience developing and deploying Windows based products such as Windows Server 2019 / 2022 and Windows 11 in a domain environment.Experience video codecs to include MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264 and VC1.Experience with VMWare, MS PowerShell, and VBScript.Experience with Cisco networking and administration, network security scanning and patch resources, and network monitoring.Understanding of DoD / DISA network security requirements, Information Assurance procedures and guidelines.Ability to learn quickly in an exciting environment.Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and the discipline to work independently or unsupervised when necessary.

Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
