ResponsibilitiesThe Systems Integrator supports the customer's Business and Outreach Group assisting with establishment of the office-level processes and documentation. Skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support with project management methodologies to include Waterfall and AgileAssist with establishment, standup, and management of internal boardsAssist with tools and provide guidance on how to automate and integrateProvide support and engagement for external customer governance boardsAssist with internal and external team collaborationAssist with documentation to include providing information and authoring, some examples include standard operating procedures, taking meeting minutes, chartersExperienced in the areas of governance for technical programsAbility to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with competing requirements and short deadlinesAbility to provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) at the project level and executive levelAbility to provide facilitation support to ensure work processes and workflows are capturedAbility to share expertise and integrate across organizations teamsAbility to analyze and solve complex problemsPossess a strong foundation in project management skills and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance and with PolygraphA degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical disciplineBS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5Ability to fully coordinate master project schedulesAbility to coordinate information flow occurs between all programs and organizational managersAbility to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystemDesired:
