Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

Provide general administrative recruiting support and assist in the execution of various recruiting initiatives. Responsible for providing a positive candidate experience from initial contact to potential hire in the recruiting and onboarding process.

Essential Job Functions

Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules including in-person, telephone, offsite and videoSubject matter expert for all Applicant Tracking System and processes for all hiring managersProcess, verify and maintain employee and applicant documentation in Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information systems.Manage and post all job requisitions to ensure data integrity and manage effectiveness on social media sites, university job boards, and industry niche publicationsCoordinate and facilitate the new hire orientation process, including day 1 orientation, ensuring accurate new hire paperwork completion and creating the employee fileConsistently ensure the highest level of internal customer support (hiring managers, interview teams) by partnering with them to coordinate interview schedules and any additional requestsPartner with and provide support for the talent acquisition team in employer branding initiatives, including but not limited to social and digital strategiesDevelop and manage a network of recruiting and referral sources including colleges, professional associations, social networks, etc. to assist in identifying candidatesEnsure proper ongoing file maintenance and disposition of all applicantsAssist employees and applicants with completing required forms and proceduresAssist in planning employee events and informational meetingsComplete special projects as needed and maintain current human resources knowledge and trainingFollow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView programPractice safe work habitsPerform other duties as requested by management

 Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent amount of related experience requiredExperience in Human Resources, Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting is a plusCustomer Service experience in a fast-paced setting highly preferredAbility to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, act with discretionUltiPro or iCIMS experience preferred
