Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting top talent Represent The Landings Golf & Athletic Club culture by ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through transparent communication and timely feedback Actively and passively recruit, screen, process, and onboard talented candidates Directly engage hiring managers to understand projected and real-time hiring needs, provide guidance on job descriptions/ads and drive the hiring process to completion Collaborate with organization leadership to forecast evolving needs Serve as subject matter expert for all job requisition and job offer processes Build and maintain hiring pipelines through relationship building with organizations including schools, trades associations, workforce development organizations, and other community outreach initiatives Produce and track detailed reporting around recruiting metrics, activity, and industry benchmarks Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units Create and implement innovative marketing strategies that attract passive job seekers to include social media channels Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are appropriately vetted to encourage success in a variety of potential work locations Manage the development and implementation of core competencies, talent values, and key performance measures Manage and monitor the ATS, hiring correspondence and requisition processes Assist in the development and maintenance of online career postings Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews when needed Maintain meticulous records Assist with new hire onboarding and set tone for culture and engagement Conduct regular follow-ups with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process Actively takes part in cross-functional projects Assist in employee engagement and development Other staffing/training related support as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

2-3 years of experience recruiting within the Hospitality industry preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business, Marketing Sales, or related discipline preferred Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to management staff Experience in Hospitality (customer service) industry preferred Prior experience and proficiency in ATS systems a plus Proven ability to analyze recruitment needs, lead strategic sourcing efforts and work with a team to develop and deploy creative techniques Experience leading both small and large projects Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel) or related software. Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers Extremely organized and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize high demand recruiting needs Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels in the organization Strong analytical skills; proven problem solver Exceptional presentation and communication skills Enjoys being a part of a team and can lead both directly and by influence Strong passion and energy for growth and success of both the individual and the company Partnership skills, action-oriented mindset, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic in a fast-paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm

Physical Requirements:

Sits at computer 85% of workday. Stoops and bends to lift packages or execute event needs 30% of year.
