Talent Acquisition Specialist (Onsite)

Calling all future recruiters Glens Falls Hospital is looking for a strategic, energetic, and forward-thinking individual to join us as the Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition (TA) team

Team Impact

Glens Falls Hospital’s Talent Acquisition team consists of two Talent Acquisition Specialists (recruiters), and a Director of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Retention. Together, this team has modernized recruitment strategies leveraging evidence-based methods for bolstering candidate sourcing, increasing candidate volume and filling vacancies across a wide domain of clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition: sourcing candidates, developing/managing marketing strategies, reviewing resumes, screening candidates and processing offers. Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with talent acquisition team members, candidates, hiring managers and external recruiting partners

· Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing initial screenings

· Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

· Provide a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience by providing frequent and regular updates throughout the recruiting process and providing guidance as needed

· Organize and attend recruiting events (job fairs, campus events, etc.)

· Facilitate Superday interviews, including scheduling and coordinating candidate and interviewer availability, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared, and providing logistical support during the interview day

· Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies

· Prepare and process offers

· Manage applicant tracking and maintain accurate data on candidate pipelines, recruiting events, and other recruiting metrics

· Prepare hiring status reports
