Team Lead, Onboarding

Qualifications:

3+ years of Human Resources experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. Solid understanding of general human resources benefits, policies, and procedures. Experience in HRIS system, preferably ADP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Adobe Acrobat, database management systems, and experience with online applicant tracking systems is a plus. Working knowledge of various vendor management and background verification systems (One2One Verify, Fieldglass, HireRight, First Advantage, etc.) is a plus. A Self-motivated, critical thinker, problem solver, follow-through, drive for results, and a commitment to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and customer focus. Ability to calmly manage complex customer service situations. Ability to think independently and execute sound judgment in making decisions. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, detailed-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. Ability to provide coaching and guidance to foster effective relationships. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written required.
