Team Lead CRM

We're looking for a motivated and driven Team Lead CRM to join our CRM team.  This is a critical role to shape the future of CRM at Flix as we expand our capabilities, redefine our toolset and constantly optimize for maximum revenue, profits and growth, as well as scalability and efficiency. We not only support constant global market growth with our marketing activities and gain new customers, but also take actions to increase repeated purchases and prevent churn.

What to expect?

You will be a part of a data-driven team in our Marketing & Customer Product organization, reporting directly into the Head of CRM You will lead a 5+ person team that is responsible for engaging with and driving revenue and profit from customers by delivering the right message at the right time via the right channel on a global scale (Flix is present in 40+ countries worldwide) You will ensure excellence in our new CRM platform set up (Braze), working with other tech teams across the company

You will be responsible for:

Leading a team of up to 5 CRM Managers Actively taking care of their personal and professional development  Enabling your team members to deliver the best possible results with clear business outcomes and actions to be taken  Setting high standards for efficiency and effectiveness Guiding your team towards success, empowering and removing the impediments they may face Understanding business needs and making sure your team transforms complexity into simplicity  Collaborating with stakeholders inside Flix (e.g., agile product teams in eCommerce) and outside the company (e.g., external providers)

Your Tasks – Together with your team, you will

Define a clear vision and strategy for CRM Operations and Campaigns and ensure the team follows the vision and strategy in every aspect of their work

Increase orders from our existing customers, measured in CLV by defining clear milestones and deliverables for your teamin a quarterly Roadmap format, enable the team to work autonomously  and collaborate with MarTech teams, to design, implement and optimize CRM products

Own, prioritize and refine the backlog for new journeys and campaigns in line with the strategic vision and business priorities

Collaborate closely with other Team Leads, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in cross-team initiatives Create and maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and CRM best practices and innovation

 

Your profile:

5+ years as a Senior Manager, Team Lead, or Product Owner with CRM/ marketing products Strong analytical thinking, ability to estimate the financial and the strategic value of an epic and to prioritize well when resources are limited, and the scope is broad Passion for customer-centricity Devoted to deliver high quality products, with well-defined SLAs and monitoring in place Experience dealing with commercial/business and tech stakeholders Comfortable learning different business and technical concepts Knowledge of AWS as well as ML and MLOps would be a plus Familiarity with Braze or other CRM tools is a strong plus Hands-on experience in Software Development, Data Engineering or Solutions Architecture is a plus Outstanding communication and presentation skills Lateral Leader, team player, community builder, ability to moderate and adapt communication/presentation quickly to groups with heterogeneous backgrounds Experience with applying agile product development principles and techniques (e.g. Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.) You'll bring openness, mutual respect + understanding, curiosity and positive attitude to collaborations across the domain and company You thrive in an environment embedded with freedom and don't need constant guidance Experience working in business teams, evidence of improving agile + organizational processes and the ability to interpret and communicate actionable findings to senior management Fluent in English
