**POSITION PURPOSE** As an Alliance kitchen Team Member, you will thrive in an inspiring atmosphere under a nontraditional concept through your unique work style and abilities. Utilizing brand standards and best operational practices, as a team member you will have a primary focus on speed of service, product quality and order accuracy.
