This Torque Transfer Component ES position will be responsible for core document creation, milestone sign offs, benchmarking, and addressing quality actions for electrified drive units, front wheel drive hybrid transmissions, eBeams and axle systems.   Key components include hypoid and bevel gears, axle shafts, splines, wheel hubs, collapsible spacers and flanges.   An emphasis will be on hypoid and bevel gear, design, analysis, design tools, manufacturing processes, and overall gear quality.

In this position...

Technical lead for the following components: hypoid and bevel gears, axle shafts, splines, wheel hubs, collapsible spacers, and flanges. Subject matter expert on the design, development, testing, and manufacturing methods of hypoid gears and bevel gears used in differential assemblies. Lead design and development of each of the components listed above working with internal manufacturing and external supplier teams.
