We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support our PMG Application Development team. The Opportunity:

 

The Technical Business Analyst will design, maintain, and implement projects and process improvements. You will be responsible for requirement gathering and process documentation on user engagements. You will analyze and document requirements for Portfolio Management processes and map them to the suite of applications used by the Business. You will report to the Application Development Team Lead.

 

The Day-to-Day:

Create user stories and acceptance criteriaCreate logic, flow charts, and process diagramsParticipate in the software development lifecycleIdentify ways to streamline processes by recommending items for automation, re-structuring, or eliminationElicits business requirementsProvide application supportUtilize design skills to define Technical Design Specifications for complex and high impact projectsResearch external software solutionsProvide business recommendations based on critical application and data analysisMaintain a high-level of accuracy while managing multiple requests with varying complexities and due dates

Your Qualifications:

Familiarity with Portfolio Management processesFamiliarity with Agile and JiraFamiliarity with writing and promoting accurate documentation in ConfluenceBasic SQL querying skillsHighly developed qualitative and quantitative skills requiredExperience analyzing various situations and developing creative solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailExperience adapting to changes in a fast paced, team environmentAbility to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasksProficient in Microsoft Office softwareBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
